A court of the Southern District of Texas granted summary judgment in favor of commercial property insurer which paid full limits for property located off premises following fire loss to MRI machine, rejecting the insured's argument that insurance agent which told insured that it had blanket coverage was binding on insurer because there was no evidence the insurer authorized the agent's conduct.
