We are seeking a talented and driven Attorney to handle civil and insurance litigation matters from start to finish. You will be responsible for intelligent and aggressive advocacy, courtroom representation, and case management while collaborating with Paralegals and Legal Assistants to ensure successful outcomes. Strong oral advocacy, writing skills, and leadership abilities are essential.

Requirements:
- Active member, in good standing, of the State Bar of Texas
- 7+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage (Construction) Civil Litigation
- Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution
- Strong courtroom presence and exceptional advocacy skills
