The Spring 2025 edition of the Journal was worth the wait and includes articles on the doctrine of prevention, the “true facts” approach to the duty to defend, and the costs associated with sex trafficking claims.
Section members can view the current and past issues of the Journal by logging in as a member and visiting the Journal page here. The Journal is authored and edited by Section members and is published digitally 2-3 times per year. (Journal issues are sent to current Section members electronically by email as they are published.) Keep your eyes peeled for the Fall 2025 issue coming later this year!
