A court of the Northern District of Texas granted an insurer’s motion to strike the insured’s nonretained causation expert and denied the insured’s motion to strike the insurer’s nonretained property loss adjustment expert, finding that the insurer’s expert reviewed the relevant materials and there was proper disclosure, but that the insured’s expert disclosures did not provide the requisite summary of facts that the nonretained expert relied on in forming the opinion.
