A magistrate of the Northern District of Texas granted the majority of an insured’s motion to compel in a hailstorm dispute, compelling the insurer to designate a corporate witness to testify on loss reserves and to produce underwriting information, non-confidential personnel files, and a privilege log over the insurer’s assertions of confidentiality and privilege.
