A court of the Northern District of Texas stayed its ruling on the issue of whether the insured is entitled to attorneys' fees following the insurer's post-litigation payment of the remaining balance of an appraisal award plus interest, finding that the Texas Supreme Court's pending ruling in Rodriguez v. Safeco Ins. Co. of Indiana will be dispositive of the issue.
