Court of Appeals reversed trial court’s holding that overruled insurer’s special appearance based on lack of personal jurisdiction where Insured moved to Texas from Florida after auto policy was issued, insurer conducted no business in Texas and mere unwitting acceptance of policy premiums from Texas insured was insufficient to subject insurer to personal jurisdiction.
