A federal district court for the Southern District of Texas granted an insurer’s uncontested motion for summary judgment, holding a sewage-backup exclusion on the homeowner’s policy barred coverage and that the insurer was entitled to summary judgment on the homeowner’s contractual and extra-contractual claims.
