A court of the Southern District of Texas declined to consider extrinsic evidence in holding that homeowners insurer had no duty to defend where petition alleged the dog attack occurred while the dog was roaming freely in the neighborhood and did not allege the attack occurred on the premises of the home, and for the same reasons, the court found no duty to indemnify.
