A court of the Northern District of Texas granted in part an insurer’s motion to strike expert testimony and dismissed all claims upon summary judgment, holding that the expert’s testimony is unreliable as to the date of loss where the expert failed to properly consider other storms and that, because the insured therefore presented no evidence segregating covered from non-covered causes of loss, the insured has not met its burden under the concurrent causation doctrine.
