Where the insurer accepted liability for an adjuster's acts pursuant to Texas Insurance Code 542A, there were no claims against the adjuster in her personal capacity, and the insurer had not moved to remand the case, a court for the Western District of Texas recommended that the adjuster be dismissed from the case with prejudice.
