Subject to Exceptions? Texas Supreme Court Accepts Challenge to “Eight Corners” Rule
Last March, the Texas Supreme Court issued its opinion in Richards v. State Farm Lloyds, unanimously ratifying the “Eight Corners” Rule as a settled feature of Texas law.
