Smith Parker Elliott, PLLC is looking for attorneys to add to its insurance defense section. Eligible candidates must have 3+ years of insurance litigation experience, including third-party claims. Experience with first party and/or coverage issues is a plus. This role is for a docket handling lawyer who can handle all aspects of defense litigation from answer to trial. Candidates must have strong analytical, research and writing skills as well as the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Salary range listed is base and potential performance pay and is commensurate with experience.
